Any unpaid balance owed by customer to CGS Ventures Inc. DBA Fire Alert which allows early termination without a fee.

The early termination fee of $199 shall also apply to any customer who cancels before the initial term expires for any reason unless otherwise expressly pre-approved in writing by a representative of CGS Ventures Inc. After three months of remaining unpaid, there shall be charged an early termination fee of $199 (one hundred ninety-nine).

This late fee shall have a maximum of three months.

The initial term of this Monitoring Agreement and any related Service Addenda, collectively the “Agreement,” shall be Sixty (60) months beginning on the date the Customer accepts and signs this Agreement as shown at the end of this agreement, There shall be a fee of $10 per month for any late or unpaid balance due to Fire Alert.
